Lets keep building on our EQ! During this session we will review Six Seconds EQ in Action model - Know Yourself, Choose Yourself, and Give Yourself. With these steps we can become more self-aware, and build on the ability to be more intentional and purposeful in how we think, feel, act to support our relationships with ourselves and others. Whether you took EQ Part 1 or not, you can still join us and start building your toolkit of EQ skills that you will be able to use both personally and professionally.
