Communication is central to our lives and to our need for connection. We do it everyday, and yet, if you are anything like me, you often leave communication feeling disconnected, regretful, or frustrated. Join me in this hour of exploring aspects of emotional intelligence and how it helps us communicate. The hope is that we all leave this space with new wisdom about yourself and have a clearer vision of how you wish to communicate to the world around you.
