** SPECIAL PROMOTION ** 4, 4wk Series Sessions for the price of 3 when you book all sessions in advance! KIDS YOGA • AGES 5 - 10 (1 hr) Classes held at The Health Spa by Vive 7407 Thunder Vly Dr, Peosta, IA 52068 During this weekly class, yogis will explore the practices of yoga + mindfulness! Our classes provide preventative social and emotional skills benefiting the mind, body, and emotional state. Your child will learn to connect their body and mind through stillness, movement, breath practices, games, creativity, and more. Join Ms. Sandra for this fun and engaging class. Wednesdays, 5:15 - 6:15 PM + Jan 8 - 29 + Feb 19 - Mar 12 + Apr 2 - 23 + May 7 - 28 Cost: $120 per yogi - a $40 discount! Reminder: We kindly ask parents/guardians to promptly drop off yogis + pick-up when the offering is complete. This will allow yogis the space to connect with those around them!
