KIDS YOGA • AGES 5 - 10 (1 hr) ** THESE CLASSES ARE BOOKED AT: www.centrallyrooted.com ** Classes held at Centrally Rooted 2230 Central Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001 During this weekly class, yogis will explore the practices of yoga + mindfulness! Our classes provide preventative social and emotional skills benefiting the mind, body, and emotional state. Your child will learn to connect their body and mind through stillness, movement, breath practices, games, creativity, and more. Join Ms. McKenzie for this fun and engaging class. + Date: Wednesdays, March 19th - April 9th + Time: 5 - 6 PM + Cost: $50 per yogi for each 4wk series Reminder: We kindly ask parents/guardians to promptly drop off yogis + pick-up when the offering is complete. This will allow yogis the space to connect with those around them!
