Service Description
KIDS YOGA • AGES 5 - 10 (1 hr) Classes held at The Health Spa by Vive 7407 Thunder Vly Dr, Peosta, IA 52068 During this weekly class, yogis will explore the practices of yoga + mindfulness! Our classes provide preventative social and emotional skills benefiting the mind, body, and emotional state. Your child will learn to connect their body and mind through stillness, movement, breath practices, games, creativity, and more. Join Ms. Sandra for this fun and engaging class. + Date: Wednesdays, Feb 19 - Mar 12 + Time: 5:15 - 6:15 PM + Cost: $40 per yogi for each 4wk series + Make-Up day scheduled for Mar 19 if classes need to be canceled due to inclement weather. Reminder: We kindly ask parents/guardians to promptly drop off yogis + pick-up when the offering is complete. This will allow yogis the space to connect with those around them!
