How To Use
- Draw a card from your affirmation deck at any point throughout your day. Many people choose to pull a card at the beginning of their day to give themselves an intention or focus for the remainder of the day.
- Utilize the affirmation from the card as a mantra. Soften or close your eyes or gaze at the affirmation on the card. With each inhale and exhale, repeat the affirmation to yourself. Continue this exercise for a few minutes or until it feels complete for you.
- Reflect on or journal about how the affirmation on the card relates to you and what is going on in your life.
- Place your Challenge to Change card somewhere inspired by its message. A few options include a mirror, your desk, or the dashboard of your car.
- Keep the card as a complete set or share individual cards with others in whatever way speaks to you.
