Peace Out Pack (iPOP)

Students need a safe space to calm down when emotions begin to escalate, but we can't always provide that for them.  iPOP was created as a tool for each individual student to utilize in order to self-regulate. Within the iPOP are our favorite mantras, mudras and breath techniques, compiled to set students up for social-emotional success. 

These small and easy to use packs were designed for students to discreetly access them from their desks when they need a peace-out moment.
