This could be as simple as playing soothing music in the background while you go about your day. Music has a powerful ability to shift our energy, helping to create a more harmonious environment. By choosing music that resonates with you, you can subtly influence your mood and energy levels, making it easier to stay grounded and balanced.

Another foundational practice is regularly checking in with yourself, especially during moments of discomfort or stress. Ask yourself, "How am I feeling right now? The goal is to keep your energy balanced, akin to a pendulum at rest. When your energy is balanced, life tends to flow more smoothly—you attract positive experiences and are better equipped to handle challenges.
