About the event
In Challenge to Change’s 95-Hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training, you will learn creative ways to
engage toddlers, children, and teens through age-appropriate, engaging, and fun practices,
while maintaining an inclusive and trauma-informed approach.
Explore creative and engaging strategies for teaching yoga and mindfulness to kids ages 3-18
through our signature Seven Parts of Practice, with an emphasis on emotional regulation,
