Challenge to Change’s Early Intervention Mindfulness Curriculum incorporates yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional skills.
Each lesson focuses on strengthening social and emotional regulation, self-care, and motor skills through the means of yoga and mindfulness.
With evidence-based research, yoga, and mindfulness practices, our Preschool Mindfulness Curriculum gives everyone the mindset and skills needed to lead a fulfilling life.
Our online curriculum is a comprehensive research-based approach, integrating the mind, body, and emotions while valuing the uniqueness of each individual's well-being journey.
Challenge to Change’s Early Intervention Mindfulness Curriculum is designed to encourage resilience, support a mind and body connection, facilitate experiencing physical sensations in the body without activating fight/flight/freeze response, and teach self-regulation techniques and strategies.

Seeds of Peace
Our Early Intervention Program introduces mindfulness and movement practices to children, supporting their emotional development during the most critical years of growth. Through playful, body-based strategies, we empower caregivers, educators, and families to build strong connections, co-regulate emotions, and nurture healthy habits that last a lifetime.
What it is:
An 8-week, research-based program designed for infants, toddlers, and the adults who care for them. This program supports co-regulation, connection, and emotional development through simple, mindful routines that can be easily integrated into everyday life—whether at home, in early learning environments, or on the go.
