Your Lead Teacher Trainer: Molly Schreiber

Challenge to Change, Inc. Founder and CEO

Molly is the Founder and CEO of Challenge to Change, a mindful education company providing evidence-based preventative well-being skills benefiting the mind, body, and emotional state to people of all ages and abilities.  Molly Schreiber is a former elementary school teacher with a lifelong passion for health and wellness. She is a certified Personal Trainer through ACE Fitness and an E-RYT® 500, RCYT®, YACEP.

She is also the author of several children’s books, including Sadie Loves Yoga, Melody of Meditation, and Change the Station in Your Brain. Molly believes that every choice we make guides us to where we need to be, and embracing that truth can be truly empowering. She emphasizes the power of positive actions and reactions in transforming our lives for the better.

Payment Plan - $300 Deposit + 6 monthly payments (for a total of $1300)

We encourage you to register soon to reserve your place in our training. This introductory price will only be offered to our first group of trainees, and space is limited.

Questions

How long do I have to complete the course?

You have 12 months to complete the course.

Can I get an extension?

Yes, you can request a 6-month extension for $199.99.

Do I have lifetime access to my training?

Yes, you will have lifetime access to your training materials if you complete the course within the allotted time (12 months or 18 months with the extension). However, if the course is not completed within this time, you will lose access to the site and will need to reenroll in the 200-Hour program.

Is this training on Zoom?

No, this training is primarily self-paced and conducted online. However, there are optional opportunities for live Zoom sessions, including synchronous learning, master circles, and scheduled one-on-one mentorship meetings with your instructor to enhance your learning experience.

How many 1:1 coaching meetings are included in the 200-Hour online program?

Yes, you will get 3 one-on-one sessions with your lead trainer.  These sessions are yours to use when you feel it is right for you in your training.

What if I want more coaching sessions?

You can purchase additional one-hour coaching sessions in packages of 3-4 sessions at $125 per session.

Challenge to Change is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance

Students who enroll in our 200 hour yoga teacher training online are welcome to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200 after graduation.

 

As of January 2024, Registered Yoga Schools (RYSs) must offer at least 15% of their curriculum synchronously. Synchronous learning is a type of online or distance education that takes place in real-time with a teacher or other students. To certify as a 200 hour YTT, you will need 40 hours of synchronous learning.
