➢ Take time today to sit in a quite area and take deep, meaningful breaths. Allow thoughts to come to your mind as they may. After you acknowledge the thoughts, simply let them go and continue with your deep breaths. Try this new form of meditation for 2 to 3 minutes, knowing that it will eventually lead to something bigger and greater. Quieting the mind is so important. We often forget in this busy world we live in to quiet the mind and listen to our heart. We often make the best decisions when we listen to our inner voice.
