It’s getting warmer outside and I know when I get busy, my snacks suffer & the quickest way to cool down is with the infamous ice cream cone.

So, instead…

Try this sweet treat with watermelon as the “crust”. It’ll be a family favorite, I’m sure!

Slice a watermelon in 1 inch round slices.

Spread a layer of vanilla Greek yogurt over it & top with other fruits. Granola is optional. A chocolate drizzle could turn this into a dessert!
