So often we are quick to move onto the next thing.  WE rush, rush, rush and don’t take time to slow down and smell the beautiful roses.  We don’t take time to say “thank you” or “excuse me” or even “you go first.”  Kindness is an art that should be practiced each and every day.  When we wake up each day and desire to speak, walk, and feel kindness in our every waking breath, the world becomes a much brighter and lighter place to be.  Kindness can be a compliment to someone in the coffee shop line with you in the morning.  Kindness can be holding your tongue at a business meeting when a coworker uses harsh words.  But most of all, it come from our every waking move.  Our facial expressions, our smiles and our actions.  Take on the inner desire to do good things and make our world a better place to be.
