I’m trying something new.

 I will post a challenge everyday this week, it could be something physical, something mental or psychological.

 I hope to increase positive energy & good vibrations throughout our community.

Today, I challenge you to be present while doing those everyday chores and remind yourself WHY and WHAT comes from it. 

Mopping, for example. I don’t love it but I’m happy to do it because it means a clean house for my husband and my kiddos. While I mop, that is 5 minutes I have to myself and 10 more to sit and relax while the floor dries. Something that is usually consumed by another load of laundry or rallying up the kids.

So, think of something that you do often & instead of cringing at the thought of sorting clothes, dishes, or dusting, find a positive and what it gives to those around you.
