This no-bake pie is a quick and easy crowd pleaser. Decadent and delish for holidays, birthdays, office events, or a special evening at home. This dessert contains no dairy, eggs, flour, or added sodium but don’t tell anyone unless they need to know! Nobody will believe you anyway.☺

Ingredients for crust:
1 cup dates, pitted
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup cashews
1/3 cup almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ingredients for filling:
2-3 bananas, sliced
4 ounces strawberries, sliced
4 ounces strawberries, blended into a puree 4 ounces raspberries
4 ounces blueberries
2-3 kiwi, sliced
Crust: Blend crust ingredients in a food processor or high power blender until well blended. Press crust into a pie pan or cup cake cups for individual servings.
Fruit: Wash and prepare fruit. Blend 4 ounces of strawberries into a puree and spread to cover bottom of crust. Make a layer of sliced banana then add the sliced strawberries, kiwi, and whole raspberries and blueberries in any design you like. Makes a beautiful dessert!
**This recipe is forgiving so use whatever fruit you like, and if you only have one or two kinds of nuts, just go for it. It’s always good!
