I used something similar to this in a fitness class of mine & it was a great workout. There’s a mixture of cardio and weight & you’ll feel the burn the next day!
If you’re scrolling through & see something you’re unsure of, make it up! If you need any modifications, do it! The best exercise is simply movement.
My advice is to start with 20 seconds on and a 10 second rest, repeat twice, depending on how long your word is. If you think that’s too easy, go longer or repeat the word again. Just remember to rest for a minute between sets & drink your water !
