I’ve found myself getting so worked up when I can’t fall asleep easily which leads to more time awake and my brain running 98mph. 

Once I discovered these poses, my mind slows and my body knows it’s time for sleep. I hope to provide those that struggle with this, some sort of relief.

Keep in mind, if one pose feels better than another, it’s your body telling you that you probably needed this time and that pose. If something feels too intense, back off and go to another. Sometimes I’m just too tired & I only pick a few or do each one, once, until I feel calm.
